LINEA HEALTHCARE INTERNATIONAL LTD recently hosted a free seafood safety workshop for over 50 local food processors and small-scale business owners in Accra. The workshop covered topics such as HACCP principles, cold-chain management, and compliance with international food safety standards.
“Sharing knowledge and best practices is essential to raising the bar for the entire seafood industry in Ghana,” said the company’s Training Coordinator. “By empowering local processors with the tools they need to produce safe, high-quality seafood, we can collectively strengthen our sector and create more opportunities for growth.”
